Engagement Standards

By accessing or utilizing the ServiceZo elite concierge platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the professional relationship between the platform, its members (Users), and its certified providers.

1. Eligibility & Representation

To maintain the integrity of our elite network, users must:

◆Be at least 18 years of age.
◆Provide accurate and authentic identity and location information.
◆Utilize the platform solely for legitimate residential or corporate maintenance needs.

2. Booking Protocol

ServiceZo operates on a precise scheduling logic:

Advance Notice: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
PROTO-02
Reference Date: The selected date is for planning purposes and constitutes a service window, not a fixed appointment.
PROTO-03
Staff Assignment: Personnel are assigned based on chronological request order and geographical availability.

3. Liability Governance

ServiceZo maintains rigorous standards for its certified providers. However, any claims arising from the physical performance of services are primarily governed by the provider's professional technical assurance and our platform's institutional mediation policy.
